Este aviso describe el registro voluntario de novedades de NEXA Peptide Lab. No necesitas suscribirte para consultar el catálogo o hacer un pedido.
Qué registramos y para qué
Si envías el formulario, recibimos tu correo, el idioma y tu consentimiento para recibir información de productos, disponibilidad, descuentos y promociones. Conservamos la versión del texto aceptado y la fecha del registro. Netlify aloja y procesa el formulario y puede tratar datos técnicos para seguridad y prevención de spam.
Cómo se administra
NEXA utiliza estos registros para administrar las suscripciones y las comunicaciones que aceptaste. El formulario no envía un correo de confirmación automático. Si usas otra persona como contacto, no la suscribas sin su permiso.
Preferencias de la ventanita
Guardamos en este navegador que ya viste la invitación durante la visita, que la cerraste (por 30 días) o que enviaste una suscripción, para evitar repetirla. Estas preferencias no guardan tu correo. Puedes borrarlas eliminando los datos de este sitio en tu navegador; hacerlo no cancela tu suscripción.
Para la invitación a agregar NEXA a tu dispositivo, recordamos si ya la viste en esta visita, si la cerraste (por 7 días) o si el navegador confirmó la instalación o abriste NEXA como aplicación. Esto permite evitar avisos repetidos. El botón Novedades permite consultar la suscripción aunque el aviso automático esté oculto.
Baja, corrección o eliminación
Escribe desde tu correo suscrito a info@nexapeptidelab.com para solicitar la baja, corregir tus datos o pedir que se elimine tu registro. NEXA atiende estas solicitudes manualmente; la solicitud no borra los datos de un pedido que deban conservarse para su gestión.

What we collect and why
When you submit the form, we receive your email, language and consent to receive product information, availability updates, discounts and promotions. We retain the version of the consent wording and the registration date. Netlify hosts and processes the form and may process technical data for security and spam prevention.
How it is managed
NEXA uses these records to manage subscriptions and the communications you agreed to. This form does not send an automatic confirmation email. Do not subscribe another person without their permission.
Popup preferences
We store preferences in this browser indicating that you have seen the invitation during the visit, dismissed it (for 30 days), or submitted a subscription, to avoid repeating it. These preferences do not store your email. You can clear them by deleting this website’s browser data; doing so does not unsubscribe you.
For the invitation to add NEXA to your device, we remember whether you have seen it during this visit, dismissed it (for 7 days), or the browser confirmed installation or you opened NEXA as an app. This helps prevent repeated invitations. The News button lets you view the subscription option even when the automatic invitation is hidden.
Unsubscribe, correct or delete
Email info@nexapeptidelab.com from your subscribed address to request removal from the mailing list, correct your details or request deletion of your registration. NEXA handles requests manually; unsubscribing does not delete order data needed to manage an order.
